What is a “Home Manager”?
Someone who oversees the overall operation & management of your home and the performance of work in/around your home, so that you can enjoy a happier space. This is a customizable role to fit you and your family’s specific needs.
FINANCIAL & Administrative Management
Budgeting/Financial Oversight:
Handle household budgets and track expenses
Set up systems to ensure that bills are paid on time
Research and contact financial advisors as needed
Planning:
Create and maintain family calendars, schedules, and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly to-do lists
Provide family members with tools for time and task management
Scheduling:
Schedule recurring automotive service and home repairs
Schedule doctor, beauty, and other appointments
Make reservations
Set up reminders
Inventory Management:
Keep track of food and supplies; purchase and restock as need
Identify things that need service, repairs, restoration, or cleaning
Decluttering & Home Organization
Oversee home organization and storage systems
Create and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Declutter and organize family spaces including:
Kitchen
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Closets
Play rooms
Coordinate with outside contractors such as junk removal services
Research and schedule donation drop-offs
Research consignment and resale opportunities, oversee processes
Technical/digital Assistance
Set up Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Apple Watch)
Troubleshoot technical issues (printers, home appliances, etc.); research and contact service providers as needed
Schedule the regular backup of files
Set up digital filing systems and organize digital media
Organize and manage email Inboxes
Organize desktop and downloads folders on your computer

Taking care of plants inside & outside of the home
Pet care
Retrieving and sorting mail
Regular cleaning (routine maintenance)
Logistics, operations & oversight
Collaborate with family members to identify areas of assistance
Oversee daily and weekly projects, ensuring value alignment, accuracy, and discretion
Oversee household employees, vendors, contractors, and service providers in the execution of tasks and projects
Research service providers, schedule and oversee home improvement projects, home repair and maintenance, and other services
Arrange travel and accommodations for domestic and international family trips; research and contact travel advisors as needed
COST
$50/hr, booked in 2, 4, 6, or 8 hour increments
$20/hr for travel
Services are subject to a 6.625% Sales Tax.
